Become part of our real estate services and support with us the real estate management markets and business areas by managing buildings, managing their management and negotiating rental and purchase contracts for existing properties.

You develop and accompany all personal processes (onboarding, offboarding and crossboarding) for employees at EDEKA-MIHA Immobilien-Service GmbH. For all colleagues in the business unit, you are the central point of contact for the organisation of the necessary work equipment and equipment, e.g. hardware and software as well as IT coordination. You manage and organize the service cars of the business unit - including service car orders and driving licence controls. Self-sponsor and develop projects in the area of personnel management in coordination with the company's own personnel department. You supervise the trainees, interns and dual students and coordinate their deployment planning during their time at EDEKA-MIHA Immobilien-Service GmbH.

You have a successfully completed commercial training, ideally with knowledge and/or further training in the personnel sector. A quick conception, coupled with structured thinking as well as reliability and discretion are of course for you. A hand-on mentality, communication strength, team skills, empathy and organizational ability are the key features.
