Disposition and operational communication: planning and control of personnel and technology as well as information of personnel at times of use, locations of use and special features including dispatch of the required documents (e.g. timetable and accompanying documents) Operational capacity: monitoring of the suitability of personnel (e.g. driver (m/w/d)), initiation of regular investigations and testing and documentation of the use or Inactivity in the system Transport coordination: Input of transports into the MRP program as well as implementation of continuous adjustments in case of changes in coordination with the respective project manager, logistics coordinator or Transporter Document and special traffic management: creation of all necessary operational documents and accompanying documents as well as organisation of special traffic, e.g. electronic accompanying document methods for disposal transports Traces and Timetable Management: Processing of freight letters and timetables as well as the demand-oriented BZA ordering, ordering and checking of lanes and timetables as well as checking of lane bills according to the Trassenprüfliste

Qualification: completed commercial or technical training or a comparable qualification Practice: experience in the disposition of personnel, machines or material as well as ideally knowledge in the railway operation and in the superstructure/welding area IT know-how: A safe handling of popular MS Office programs and custom IT systems as well as the willingness to get to know new systems Communication: Good oral and written communication skills – solution-oriented, binding and at eye level – as well as telephone availability after consultation outside office hours Competences: organisational skills, stress resistance and independent, structured and responsible procedures Mobility: Class B driving licence
