HR Process and Digitalization Manager (m/w/d)

As HR Process and Digitalization Manager, you are responsible for the design, optimization and standardization of HR processes along the employee lifecycle with the focus on digitization, with a special focus on the further development and implication of HR systems In addition, you will accompany transormation projects for digitization and improvement in HR Take over the analysis, design and continuous improvement of HR processes (hire-to-retire) and ensure process compliance You are in close contact with HR Business partners, Payroll, Recruiting and other internal stakeholders as well as external partners You are working trustfully with the employee representation You are responsible for controlling rollouts and system upgrades in cooperation with our IT and external service providers and assist in establishing and developing a HR IT strategy You support the team in the management system, internal/external audits (ISO. LKSG, ESG etc.), risk management and HR process map You perform change management measures and train the relevant stakeholders

You have a successfully completed study in the field of business informatics, BWL or comparable studies with the focus on human resources, business or IT You have been able to gain many years of relevant experience in HR You also provide experience in mapping and implementing HR IT processes, as well as in-depth knowledge in SAP SuccesFactors and further understanding of HR system architectures You have already gained experience in supporting transformation and digitization projects including change management You have already been able to gain audit and audit experience You are characterized by communication strength, project management skills and the ability to present complex issues in a way that is addressable In addition, you bring a structured and analytical way of working and are self-sufficient and powerful Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile
