As Senior Management Consultant (m/w/d) in the field of Excellence & Innovation, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team that supports data transmission, AI and works with a high pace of implementation on solutions with significant added value. You take early responsibility in practical projects – always close to our products, always together with our CHECK24 product teams (e.g. travel, insurance, mobile, car hire, etc.). Develop services, optimize processes and actively shape the digital future of CHECK24.

Concrete application cases for the use of artificial intelligence – for example for the automation of customer requests (via e-mail, chat, call), backend processes or for optimising frontends – you identify and accompany the implementation to the live program You develop strategies, write IT tickets, test technical implementations and ensure that concepts become reality – end-to-end Bringing your skills into different CHECK24 products and understanding how to work flexibly and efficiently into new topics and teams You work closely with developers, product managers and specialist departments – you are a link, a savings partner (m/w/d) and a driver (m/w/d) at the same time You analyze customer behavior, service key figures and processes, derive concrete optimization potentials and develop implementable solutions You are using modern AI tools to automate or even generate code independently, even if you are not a developer (m/w/d)

You have completed your studies with very good performances – ideally with an analytical, economic or technical focus You bring at least 2 years of professional experience in a management consultancy, start-up or in a comparable demanding function in a digital company with Analytically you think strongly, understand complex relationships quickly and tackle problems structured You are interested in AI, digital products and modern technologies New themes and teams will be developed quickly and always work pragmatically and solution-oriented You are willing to work on site at our product locations within Germany on Mondays to Thursdays – and willingness to travel and flexibility You can communicate in German and English (min. C1)
