Wingertshecke 6, 35392 Casting You conduct the civil engineering work of our regional, technically demanding construction projects in the area of logistics real estate and report directly to the management department You guide the construction managers and polishers professionally, are the first contact person for the customer and coordinates contractors, specialist engineers and authorities You take over the project controlling with respect to quality, appointments and costs and regularly conduct forecast discussions with the management You accompany the tendering, awarding and management of post-contracting services You manage possible risks and regularly conduct forecasting talks with management

You have a successfully completed civil engineering study or a comparable technical training You have already gained several years of experience in the construction management and/or project management of civil engineering projects and have experience in construction accounting and scheduling You are resilient, enforceable and proves your communicative skill in both negotiating and conflict situations You draw your attention through excellent organizational ability and independent working
