District Manager*in Passenger Management As a district management, you take the leadership and strategic control of your area – customer-oriented, efficient and safe. Lead: As a district manager, you are responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team leaders from your area. Your tasks are versatile: You plan, run and document regular meetings with your teams.

You actively support your team leaders and passenger managers in daily work on site and meet the diverse challenges together with them.

You are all committed to reconciling the highest quality with economic action. You live with all your strength and communicate these transparent and comprehensible.

In more complex cases, you agree with other areas to take the best measures.

Responsible: You are responsible for passenger service and passenger safety at stops and lines in your district. Together with your teams, you make sure our passengers feel safe. As a leader, you act as a model for your teams, motivate them and actively shape their further and further training for quality assurance. Plan: You make sure that your team leaders are optimally deployed by creating daily and weekly schedules according to the targets. You agree on the network of regulatory partners (police, law office, city of Cologne, streetwork, network drugs) and take into account the special requirements of the management of our control center. Especially for special assignments, such as carnival, you are part of the planning team for operational and service plans and coordinate the staff with a clear overview of the current needs.

Qualification: You have completed vocational training as a specialist for protection and safety. Alternatively, you have a qualification as a security specialistin, certified protection and security (GSSK), protection and security specialist, protection and security masterin or a comparable degree. In addition, you have already gained several years of professional experience in the security industry or as a passenger manager*in. You already own the class B license.

Experience and know-how: You are familiar with the terms and conditions of transport or are willing to acquire them at short notice and have sound knowledge in legal issues, in particular on issues such as emergency and emergency aid. In your past activity, you have already successfully demonstrated your professional and disciplinary leadership skills.

IT skills: You can master MS Office safely and have deeper user knowledge in the IVU suite or are ready to acquire knowledge in the IVU suite in a timely manner.

Flexibility: You are also ready to use on weekends and on holidays.
