Accompanying the entire agile software development process – from requirement detection to acceptance clarification of the requirements with the stakeholders and security of their description in User Stories and Epics Use of modern, agile tools and methods for project management, for example JIRA and SCRUM Communication and reporting within the product team and management Plan, review and control of the agreed delivery items of the team Process analysis / design as well as data analysis for the purpose of control derivation in the form of database queries and code analyses Close cooperation with Product Owner in the processing and prioritization of Product Backlogs Preparation and moderation of workshops and keeping and following the resulting tasks

Completed studies e.g. computer science, business information technology, technical BWL or similar qualification Multiannual professional experience in requirements engineering or as a business analyst as well as initial experience in the practical application of agile methods and tools Very good analytical skills and solution-oriented working style Representative responsibility for ownership, communication and coordination, social competence Very good knowledge of the business process modeling Good IT skills Experience with query tools for data analysis First experiences with query tools for data analysis (SQL) Ability to read and interpret development codes Further IT skills would be advantageous Very good German skills complete your profile
