You take over the leadership of the Centre for Women, with a staff responsibility for 40 employees and represent this You have budgetary responsibility and contribute to the creation of budget approaches, monitor the occupancy rate and participate in the creation of applications and evidence of use You organize sessions and Supervisions You maintain contacts and work with authorities, institutions, communities and other institutions You are responsible for the co-responsibility/management of the property and are responsible for the development of the institution. You monitor the documentation software and check it for functionality You work in projects, local networks and bodies
