You are responsible for the concept, introduction and sustainable anchoring of copilot agents for the daily work of our DACHSER users. As an interface between interdisciplinary teams from business and IT, you create an important bridge and translate requirements into practical AI solutions. You will ensure adequate use of our AI agencies by helping you create framework conditions and governance and compliance policies. In the course of a close exchange with stakeholders and users, you take the advice regarding the use of AI agents and accompany the implementation of new requirements. You support international support, process tickets and take over the identification and assessment of potential improvements. Through your collaboration in researching, designing and developing new functions and solutions, you are driving the company-wide use of AI agents in everyday work.

You have a profound experience in the professional use of Microsoft Copilot, AI assistants and AI agents and have ideally accompanied their introduction or further development in the business environment. You have the ability to systematically process different business requirements and translate them into user-oriented solutions. Through your analytical approach, you recognize optimization potentials and are able to understand complex content. You convince by communication strength, service orientation and a structured way of working. Work in an international environment and interdisciplinary teams You enjoy and you have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
