Working student or graduate in the field of personnel consulting & recruiting (m/f/d)

You support the creation and publication of job advertisements

You actively research candidate:inside and talk to them via different channels (e.g. LinkedIn, database, direct address)

You run first phone interviews and assist in preselection

You care and update our candidate database

You coordinate conversation dates and support the organization of recruiting processes

You will participate in internal projects (e.g. process optimization, new tools, candidate journey)

You are a registered student (e.g. BWL, Psychology, Social Sciences, Communication, etc.) or have completed your studies and want to get in

You are interested in recruiting, personal advice and dealing with people

You can communicate safely in German (phone and written)

You work structured, independent and reliable

You are open, friendly and willing to introduce yourself to a small team

First recruiting experience is a plus – but no need

A real insight into the world of personal advice (practice instead of theory)
