Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• Care and management of administrative tasks in the personnel sector
• creation of employment contracts, employment certificates and other personal documents
• Care and management of personal files and master data
• Support in salary billing and preparation of wage billing
• Coordination and support of the application process (e.g. appointment coordination, correspondence)
• Contact person for employees with personal questions
• Supporting the HR department in projects and processes

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in staffing
• First professional experience in personnel management or in personnel management
• Good knowledge of labour and social security law
• Careful, structured and discrete operation
• Secure handling of MS Office and ideally experience with HR software
• Communication strength and team skills
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
