You are responsible for the development and evaluation of object-specific testing and maintenance requirements procurement and control of specialist companies with regard to the reception of building technology and with regard to maintenance of building-technical databases Creation of performance lists for the invitation to tender for recurring testing and maintenance services and for the invitation to tender for comprehensive technical modifications or renewals Procurement and assessment of plans and other technical documentation, comparison of building permits, fire safety reports and other safety-related requirements Creation of risk assessments according to relevant regulations, development and further development of internal standards Active participation in the further development of a legally secure, complete technical building management A change or addition of the task area is reserved.

A completed degree in Facility Management or Diplom-Ingenieur/-in (FH/TH/TU) or a technical or comparable university degree (Bachelor) or A completed study (Bachelor) in the field of Public Management or a degree as a graduate administrator or a degree as an administration specialist (formerly an employee course II) or A completed vocational training, preferably with further training as a master in a field relevant to the field of work with equivalent skills and experience or state-tested technicians in the field of building system technology, heating ventilation and air conditioning technology, electrical engineering master/in, energy and building technology or other fields related to building management with equivalent skills and experience Safe handling of MS Office applications, knowledge in CAFM systems is advantageous Very good oral and written expressiveness in German Willingness to exercise external services within Stuttgart – Class B licence
