We are looking for an instructor (w/m/d) with the focus on operating technology & building infrastructure systems. In this key role you contribute to the development of skilled workers and technological innovation. You train the next generation of experts and help them master the challenges of the future.

Designing the future: You first and rework training concepts and digital learning arrangements and implement practical training for operating technology and building infrastructure systems (including basics of electrical engineering, installation technology, drive technology, electronics, measurement and control technology, programming & networking of automation systems). Knowledge: You love to communicate knowledge using digital teaching and learning methods to support self-organized learning arrangements. Personal support: The management and care of trainee groups within the framework of the educational and educational mandate are of course for you. Participation & Configuration: You participate in working groups and external bodies (e.g. Audit Committee).

Complete vocational training in the field of electrical engineering or mechatronics. Started or completed training as master or technician in the field of electrical engineering or mechatronics Experience in the field of electrical engineering Team skills, pedagogical skills and interest to accompany and promote trainees in your professional and personal development Willingness to work in continuing training
