(Senior) Marketing Manager OTC / Pharmacy Marketing (m/w/d) You don't just want to design strategies, but create real relevance – in direct exchange with pharmacies, doctors and end users? Do you bring experience in OTC or Healthcare marketing and want to inspire pharmacies and practices for our products? Pharmacy Marketing (Trade Marketing) Development and design of POS materials, displays, sales documents and training materials for pharmacies. Conception and implementation of targeted Apo campaigns (ApoSale) to increase the recommendation rate. Support for pharmacy trainings, including argumentation trainings and product benefits. Medical Marketing (B2B Partner Communication) Development of measures to address doctors in order to win them as a convincing outrage. Translation of scientific content into understandable, convincing benefits. Creation of information materials, sample delivery and content for specialist media or trade fairs. Product & Campaign Management Designing and implementing marketing strategies for new product solutions and relaunches. Market and competition analyses (e.g. online pharmacies, D2C channels) for identifying new opportunities. Ensuring regulatory requirements (Heilmittelwerbegesetz) throughout the entire communication. Collaboration & creativity Close cooperation with the sales team, external partners and internal interfaces. Briefing, control and quality control of agencies & external service providers. Reporting, KPI monitoring & optimization of existing measures.

A degree in marketing, health economics, communication design or comparable training. Multiannual experience in the healthcare/pharmacy/OTC/FMCG environment, ideally with pharmacy cover. Know-how in pharmacy or medical communication (e.g. through trade marketing, training documents, key visuals or POS campaigns). Creativity paired with structured thinking, high text and conceptual strength. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and common tools for design (Canva, ideally Adobe CC). Safe handling of AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Midjourney. Flowing German in Word and Writing (C2), good English skills.
