Project Manager Construction of Traffic Stations

At the closest possible time, we are looking for you as project manager: in Bau Verkehrszentren (w/m/d) for several complex transport station projects in the two southern planning sections of the overall project Generalsanierung High-performance corridor lefter Rhein (GSH LR) between Mainz and Remagen for DB InfraGO AG at Frankfurt am Main. Your tasks:

In your new role, you will ensure the implementation of the specifications and requirements of the transferred projects contained in the project orders, both during the planning and construction phase. You are a contact person:in for all project participants and ensure compliance with structural and EU regulations as well as all requirements for commissioning Your tasks include organisational and content and cross-project coordination with parallel projects. Your profile:

Your technical/university degree as a civil engineer:in or architect:in you have successfully completed as a Bachelor/Master or with a comparable degree Multiannual professional experience in building project management and experience in as much as possible all project phases of HOAI and in project management of railway investment measures You have solid knowledge in the fields of VOB, VOL, HOAI as well as in the other recognized rules of engineering in construction The handling of project management and control systems is in your blood Furthermore, you are already familiar with the application of BIM methodology or want to learn it You communicate appropriately and according to target groups Working in the team means real participation, constructivity and reliability for you You have a high degree of autonomy, flexibility and resilience, will certainly be able to handle all project participants and have a strong quality, cost and time awareness
