Projektmanager:in (m/w/d) im Bereich Shared Services You actively participate in our billing and ensure stable, sustainable processes. In close cooperation with HR and Finance you will accompany the further development of our system and process landscape. The focus is clearly on the implementation: You control the operational billing, introduce your tax expertise, support monthly and annual accounts and drive optimizations as well as standardizations in the shared services environment.

The timely and correct execution of the monthly fee billing is guaranteed by your own responsibility. Maintain and manage billing-relevant master and movement data reliably in the daily business. As a competent contact person, you support employees, executives and external bodies in billing and tax matters. Compliance with statutory tax and social insurance regulations will keep you in mind at any time and ensure their safe implementation. In monthly and annual accounts, you are actively engaged and take over the voting of wage-relevant accounts. Processes in the shared services environment analyze critically, optimize them continuously and develop them further. Close cooperation with Finance, HR and external service providers is the basis for efficient processes.

A completed commercial training, ideally supplemented by a further education in the field of pay billing, payroll accounting or taxes, will take you along. Multiannual experience in payroll accounting is the basis of your expertise. You will surely use knowledge of tax and social security in everyday work. You have already gained practical experience in working with monthly and annual accounts. Dealing with common billing systems is familiar to you, ideally you have already worked with INFONIQA.
