Fighting agent clearance and demolition Self-employed costing/offering processing of demanding and complex construction measures Quantity determination within the tendering procedure Support in the creation of work calculations Maintenance of basic data of calculation Development of special proposals and secondary offers Creation of allowances in cooperation with the building management

Technically sound basic training (study in civil engineering, training as technicians or the like) First professional experience in comparable function (construction planning, calculation, accounting) Good knowledge of the application of costing and billing programs, ideally iTWO and MS Office High level of technical and economic understanding Self-employed, structured, conscientious and targeted working methods Communication strength, team capacity, willingness to deploy and ability to constantly develop
