The Chemical and Veterinary Investigation Office Rhein-Ruhr-Wupper (CVUA-RRW) is looking for an indefinite period at the next possible time and a full-time Projektmanager (m/w/d) (deleting group 13 TVöD-VKA) The Chemical and Veterinary Investigation Office Rhein-Ruhr-Wupper (CVUA-RRW) is an official examination laboratory in the field of consumer health as an institution of public law. As part of a new building project for a laboratory building, your work is carried out within the business unit of the Executive Board in the “Liegenschaft” area. You report directly to the board. As a staff member, you will perform tasks such as the user-side project management within the framework of the new laboratory. After completion and reference of the new building, it is planned to take over the management of the object with a team.

as a project engineer*in, you are responsible for supporting a new laboratory project Technical assistance and guidance of external personnel (architects, engineers, experts, etc.) You monitor and control the cost, timing and quality goals and agree to the user needs You contribute to the award of planning and construction services, including contract design You coordinate all persons and facilities involved in the construction process and ensure the integration of the most diverse requirements of laboratory and test bench technology in the construction process

You have completed university studies in the field of architecture, civil engineering, project management or comparable You have first professional experience in larger and/or technically demanding new and/or rebuilding measures You have a driving licence of class 3 or B You have very safe & good German knowledge (flowing in word and writing) Personally convince you by: independent and independent work Decision-making and enforcement capacity as well as negotiation skills healthy pragmatism organizational skills, social competence Ready to use, loadability, flexibility and reliability solution and customer-oriented thinking Willingness to continue training Screen workability readiness to take over services outside regular working hours, including weekends
