They take over the technical performance assessment and system integration of highly complex communication systems including their antenna systems for naval and boat construction. They undertake the evaluation and testing of technical specifications of system suppliers, construction specifications and specifications. They are responsible for the specifications and recommendations regarding the necessary antenna and component design. They support EMC and system compatibility analyses, so that interoperability of the highly complex electronic systems with one another can be ensured. Through system integration, they have the interface responsibility for all adjacent disciplines. They create technical offer specifications, test regulations, performance descriptions or project management plans. They participate in supplier audits and carry out factory audits at the system suppliers.

They bring a completed engineering degree in the field of electrical engineering/communication and information technology, ideally with the focus on high-frequency technology/radio communication. Ideally, you have been able to gain in-depth knowledge of the use of surgical-tactical electronic equipment in naval and boat construction. They have already taken over a leading role in complex projects and worked together with development partners and customers according to a well-known development model (e.g. V-model XT). Your methodological approach has enabled you to solve challenges in system integration of highly complex electronic systems. They bring well-founded method and tool competencies in agile project management. Your cross-system thinking, your very good technical understanding and your enforcing ability are yours. They have the ability to think across the system and have a good technical understanding.
