You are responsible for the maintenance of farms and green plants and are, by means of inspections and the supervision of handicrafts, window cleaners and external cleaning work, essential to a cultivated appearance of a property of approx. 79,000m2 involved. In addition, you are responsible for the material distribution of large orders and the provision of waste for collection with the help of industrial trucks, as well as services for supply and maintenance, in the case of representation also winter services. You can also carry out small repairs in the building as well as smaller maintenance work on machines and technical facilities, remove waste and weeds from the premises and support events by placing tables and chairs.
