Training as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d)

You learn the operational foundation: In the first year, you get started directly in practice, check the receipt of goods, scan fashion via RFID and book deliveries (hollow goods) in our IT system (WMS). You serve the most modern technology: You control our highly automated and driverless picking facilities and ensure the smooth running of the packaging. You take the return management: In the second year, you will process returns completely from acceptance to credit and learn how to analyze return rates and logistics costs. You ensure the quality: You carry out quality checks on your own, document errors and introduce your own ideas for process improvement (KVP) in workshops. You control the goods exit: You coordinate shipping, select transport service providers and collect first important practical knowledge in customs processing. You switch to the control center: In the third year, you will learn inventory management, guide inventory and plan processes as well as optimal use of teams and resources.

You have a school degree (primary school degree, real school degree or school degree). You bring a good technical understanding and have great interest in computers, scanners and modern logistics IT systems. You also have a good understanding of numbers to check complex logistical processes and key figures later. You’re an absolute team player, you’ll be happy to pack up and draw your attention through an independent and careful way of working. You are strong in communication, have fun in movement and bring a basic commercial interest.
