Architect - Feasibility Analysis / Visualization / Building Application (m/w/d)

We want to make life more liveable in our cities. Our sustainable, flexible and space-saving parking towers help. On only 35sqm we can park and load 12 vehicles. In future we want to act as a mobility hub and have all kinds of shared and micro mobility in our towers. By greening, electric charging stations and photovoltaics we fit into a green and modern cityscape. Create feasibility analyses and visualizations for potential locations You conduct preliminary discussions with customers, site partners and authorities You clarify site-specific interfaces such as power connections, spades and green areas You'll start planning requests and construction applications You act as an interface to the technical department and construction management You support the design of the VePa Tower, especially the facade You develop and digitize processes for project implementation You are deeply involved in the design-related categorization of our product and are coordinating discussions with state-owned construction offices on topics such as fire protection and garage regulations. You support our tech team in the product Re-Design

You're a team player! You have a degree in architecture You have at least 3 years relevant professional experience, ideally with modular buildings and planning You love digitizing processes and using the right tools for your daily work. You love to find the best solution with different stakeholders, be it customers, authorities, sales and also our technology. You are curious, innovative and willing to build your own area in a start-up Ideally, you have a lot of experience in the field of civil engineering and the execution of all performance phases.
