As part of a structured competence building, we will prepare you for a future function in the processing. Your regular deployment area will be the team of settlement. The focus of your training is on a training plan that is individually tailored to your previous knowledge and experience. You run through, among other things, credit management, corporate customers as well as principle and law. Depending on the previous knowledge, the duration of the trainee period extends over about 12 to 18 months. Your trainee program will be supplemented by targeted seminars and external hospitations to promote your career in the problem credit sector and to support you in your professional development.
