Dramaturg Concert

The Dramaturgy concert is an important interface between the General Music Director, the Orchestra Management, the staff of the Philharmonic Orchestra and the departments of the Theater Freiburg participating in the concert. Together with General Music Director and Orchestra Management, thedie Dramaturgin concert designes the symphony concerts, special concerts, district concerts (Phil.On.Tour) and collaborative crossover formats (e.g. Phil.Club) of the Philharmonic Orchestra. In addition, the mediation work in the field of accompanying publications (program announcements and programme books) and various introduction formats (concert introductions, matinees, etc.). New ideas for innovative outreach and co-mach formats are created in cooperation with the music exchange. In the context of the overall dramaturgy of the house, you will take part in dramaturgy sessions with the colleagues of the Music Theatres, Drama, Young Theatre and Dance divisions and introduce the concert division into the holistic discussion of the programmatic sessions. Here, ideas are created for formats that think the program of the Theater Freiburg beyond savings limits. We look forward to curious, watchful and involved people who want to help shape the artistic work and the common time at the house.
