• As a fixed reference person, you accompany residents: indulgently through everyday life and ensure that nursing decisions are implemented individually and comprehensible. • Through complete and well-structured information sharing, you can support the clean transfer of care and manage transitions as clean as possible. • In everyday life, you identify risks at an early stage, guide preventive care interventions and monitor their effectiveness throughout the course. • In case of changes in the state, you will be able to adapt measures, reorganise priorities and carry on care processes conclusively.

• Professionally arranged: Your contract includes holiday and Christmas money as clearly named special payments besides your professional reward. • Suitable for nursing: Where handovers, occupation and responsibility do not end after time, regulated surcharges can allow fair compensation. • Care needs reliability — even in the case of wages: up to 32 €/hour are clearly agreed in care. • Reliablely planned: holiday wishes are coordinated with an on-going course in everyday professional life, instead of being braked by a flat-rate blocking time. • Holiday for professionals: Your from 30 to +1 days of holiday will be adjusted so that day care and personal regeneration will fit together better. • Depending on the agreement, you will receive a Germany ticket or a monthly fare grant of up to 150 euros • Transparent coordination of service hours, scope of employment and start of use • coordination of possible facilities based on your mobility and distance

• Quick integration and a good orientation in new environments are your strengths — you can quickly find yourself in teams and get helpful. • A state-approved nursing training with exams is the basis for this position — ideally with first professional experience in one of the areas in question. • You bring German knowledge at least on B2 level – for care documentation, handovers and clear communication. • Experience or readiness in palliative accompaniment helps you to act calmly, respectful and professionally safe in sensitive situations. • Liability for confirmed revenues and agreed service hours
