Organisation and management of demanding construction projects in special depth construction Focus on projects in the nozzle jet process or high-pressure injection process (HDI) Own-sponsored control of construction sites in Frankfurt and West Germany Coordination and monitoring of the participating specialist offices, suppliers and subcontractors Responsibility for the economic, contractual, timely and qualitative implementation of the projects Control of personnel used and the necessary equipment and materials Ensuring the applicable quality, work and safety standards Participation in the creation of work calculations, bills and project reports Monitoring the progress of the project and early detection and control of possible deviations Communication with clients, project partners and other stakeholders

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable technical qualification Multiannual professional experience in the construction management or project management in the special construction Ideally practical experience with the nozzle jet process or HDI Knowledge of the economic and contractual handling of construction projects Safe handling of Microsoft Office Knowledge of RIB iTWO are advantageous Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Class B driving licence and readiness for project-related travel activities Entrepreneurial thinking and a reliable, structured way of working Safe and binding occurrence vis-à-vis clients, subcontractors and project partners Embossed team and communication skills
