For ProMinent GmbH we are looking for a Learning Specialist (m/w/d) as parental leave until December 2026.

They supervise the ProMinent Campus learning management system at global level (easy learn). They carry out the rollout of the ProMinent Campus in our international subsidiaries. They advise and support the didactic design of events and offers within the company. The organisation and implementation of internal and external events of the ProMinent Academy is your responsibility. They work with the technical trainer to develop our global trainer community and train the trainer concept. E-learning modules are designed, developed and implemented by you in cooperation with stakeholders from the fields of internal and external training with the author tool “Knowledgeworker Create”. You create reports to measure the effectiveness of the learning offers and guide optimization measures. They are responsible for our marketing channel “Videos”, including the design, creation and management of videos for customer engagement as well as the supervision of internal processes and cooperation with various internal stakeholders.

They have completed their studies or vocational training in the field of education, e-learning/Blended Learning/Training, media management, media education, etc. with min. 2 years of professional experience. Relevant professional experience in the technical environment of an internationally operating medium-sized company is desirable. They have already gained experience in project management, ideally in the field of learning management systems. They bring experience in the creation of e-learnings and the didactic design of learning content as well as in the implementation of live webinars/video tutorials. They have very good knowledge of video production and processing as well as in M365. You have excellent knowledge of German and English, and other language skills are of advantage. You have an affinity for using creative tools like Canva, Camtasia and others They are characterized by an independent and structured way of working with hands-on mentality. Team skills, creativity and communication strength are among your strengths.
