You are taxing national air freight alerts from the analysis of customer requirements to the final costing and delivery tax. You translate specifications to services, rates, terms and conditions into clear work orders and ensure complete, competitive offers. Together with Sales, Pricing, the national air freight team and our international locations, you coordinate all relevant information and keep Tenderdaten up to date reliably in the systems. Your success is shown in timely tenders, economically sound prices and a high quality of the offers and accounting bases. How to introduce yourself Processing of the national air freight RFQs after clarification of the details with the national sales teams, as well as processing of requests for the corresponding functions for further costing Analysis of customer requirements for clear internal instructions to the pricing teams regarding service, rate, runtime and conditions Continuous communication with the national and international Kühne+Nagel stations and provision of the requested information price calculation of RFQs and rule transactions Cooperation with the national air freight team in the pricing of products and services updating and maintenance of the transmitters in the system as the basis of the correct billing Creation of reports

Successful completed training in the field of forwarding and logistics services or a comparable qualification (a relevant study is advantageous) Professional experience in air freight in the field of Tendermanagement, especially for healthcare customers Very good MS Office knowledge and openness for technical developments Teamability, loadability and good communication skills Analytical thinking and economic action Very good knowledge of German and English
