These tasks await you: Coordination and control of all activities within the supervised funds Preparation and implementation of investor talks and investment committee meetings Care and development of investor relations Close operational cooperation with the capital management company (KVG) including coordination of special topics (reporting, outsourcing controlling, etc.) Creation and further development of business plans, scenario analyses and budgets as well as accompaniment of object reviews Accompanying sales processes and preparation of necessary committee decisions Development and implementation of property and rental strategies in close cooperation with asset management Examination and approval of fund reporting to investors and management companies Working with exciting special projects

Successfully completed studies (Uni/FH) of economics or a comparable discipline, ideally focusing on real estate management, finance and/or law Multiannual relevant professional experience in institutional fund, asset or investment management with detectable track record Embossed diplomatic and convincing communication skills Excellent analytical skills as well as rapid understanding of new and complex issues High flexibility and durability as well as strong team and enthusiasm entrepreneurial thinking Structured, committed and targeted work German and English skills
