As an integration assistant (m/w/d) in Prüm's educational aid, you are instrumental in enabling children with special support needs to participate actively in life. You are your trusted person, accompaniment and guide in everyday life – whether in kita, school or leisure. Your work is practical, varied and enormously meaningful. In a supporting team, you are committed to finding the children's structure and orientation and promoting their individual strengths. Your bet and performance should be rewarded fairly, with an hourly wage of up to €15.69.

• You accompany children and youth individually in their everyday life (e.g. in school, kita or in leisure activities).
• You promote their social participation and help them to find their way into new or challenging situations.
• You support the structuring of everyday life and offer orientation where it is needed.
• You work closely and trustfully in the team to achieve optimal results for the children.

We are looking for

We are looking for people with a heart that can inspire the individual support of children and young people with special support needs. You do not need extensive knowledge – motivation, empathy and the willingness to take responsibility are much more important!

• At best you have first experiences in working with children and adolescents.
• You are empathic, patient and can feel in the needs of others.
• You're reliable, committed and powerful.
• Depending on the location of use, you have a class B driving license (not necessarily required).
