The area of law & corporate governance is responsible for all legal concerns of the company with the exception of tax law and labour law. The focus of the consultation of individual business areas is on private and public economic law. Advise all areas of business, including public law (including road and road law, environmental and waste law, public building law, immission protection law, nature conservation law) and civil law issues (including property and works contract law) Design, testing and negotiation of contracts and advice in the implementation of the contract Accompanying planning and construction planning procedures Support in the analysis and implementation of administrative and judicial decisions, as well as new legal regulations and administrative provisions Implementation of new legal regulations and regulations Creating and developing patterns and training documents Working with interdisciplinary projects Conduct administrative and judicial procedures and coordinate external legal advisers

Above-average examina (1st and 2nd legal state exams) and multi-year professional experience. the willingness to engage in complex – legal, economic and technical – issues and new legal areas in the short term. very good analytical skills as well as independent and solution-oriented methods. the ability to present work results in an addressable manner and to assess their consequences. high sense of responsibility and strong team and communication skills.
