Soft and hardware support and user support Configuration and installation of workplace environments (notebooks and PCs) Central contact for local IT workstation environments and IT user profiles Instruction and training for new employees Delivery and initial operation of different device types (e.g. notebook, desktop, printer, smartphones)

Ideally training in the field of IT, alternative cross-entry with pronounced IT affinity Good knowledge with the MS Office package and other standard applications Basic knowledge of operating systems for servers and clients Knowledge of network technology and current PC/server hardware Very good German and ideally good English skills
