You guide the Rescue of Augsburg in all commercial, organizational, strategic and disciplinary matters You take over the rescue service and bear the professional responsibility for the quality of the rescue service in your rescue service The local Rescue Guards will support you with your tasks and will be guided by you professionally. You take care of personal and strategic tasks and are responsible for personnel development In addition, you actively participate in business planning and budget negotiations and contribute to the further development of our services as well as to ensuring economic efficiency Participation in service meetings, advice on strategic issues and the representation of the rescue service in internal and external bodies are also part of your range of tasks

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Proof of professional suitability (comparison § 24 AVBayRDG) Multiannual Rescue Service Experience Experience in the operational management of a rescue station desirable Commercial or economic qualification (training/study) desirable Very good knowledge of the rescue service market of the rescue service area concerned Experience in dealing with press and public relations Knowledge of vehicle and medical technology High social competence, team capacity and communication strength Experience in building and maintaining QM systems as well as certified qualification to the Quality Representative (m/w/d) desirable
