Paralegal (m/f/d)

You support the dezernate in general and administrative daily business. You are responsible for the classical secretarial and organizational tasks, such as appointment coordination, business travel management and the organisation of events and meetings. You produce correspondences, contracts and fonts in German and English. You are in close contact with clients, authorities and courts. You run the digital mandate and process files. You process the entry and exit mail incl. Timeline listing and monitoring. You'll start and check cost fixing requests. With your expertise, you support a civil-law project.

You have a successfully completed training as a lawyer specialist (m/w/d) and bring relevant professional experience. (m/w/d) is desirable. You have very good German skills. Your English skills are well known in word and writing. A safe handling of the current MS Office programs is obvious to you. You have a flexible, independent and independent way of working. You are personally convinced by organisational skills and a high level of team capacity.
