Your duties • Identification, analysis and evaluation of claims and contributions in projects • Creation and maintenance of claims documentation and regular progress reports of claims • Support in the negotiation of claims and claims with songwriters and subcontractors • Cooperation with the client, in the areas of project management, law and finance for coordination and support in the processing of claims • implementation of risk analyses and development of risk mitigation measures • Ensuring compliance with contractual conditions and legal requirements in the processing of claims

Your profile • Complete study of civil engineering or architecture with degree Bachelor, Master or Diploma or comparable • Multiannual relevant professional experience • Finding knowledge in interface management • Structured and independent operation • Good interpersonal and communicative skills • Team skills and interest in interdisciplinary tasks • Ready-to-use, flexibility and reliability • Secure knowledge of German in word and writing • Very good English skills • Safe handling of computer systems such as MS Office applications or AVA programs
