Civil Engineering Site Manager (m/f/d)

From order allocation to the end of the warranty – your task is to prepare, manage and process challenging civil engineering projects in Cologne and the nearer region, in sewer construction, tunnel construction and spray concrete construction. You actively participate in costing, work preparation and awards. Construction schedules are created by you and you carry out construction site checks. You monitor the construction design, especially with regard to the quality, dates and costs of the construction sites. You are responsible for compliance with construction policies, construction contracts and other regulations. Your duties include the staff management of the employees at the construction sites, the coordination of the contractors and the communication with the client. Subsequent scaling, cost control, and billing coordination are handled independently.

You have a completed degree as a civil engineer (Bachelor, Master, Diploma) or a comparable degree. Multiannual professional experience in civil engineering, a strong technical and economic understanding as well as a safe handling of the VOB are yours. You have good user knowledge in MS-Office and as much as possible in constructional software programs such as iTWO / RIB 4.0 You are responsible and team-oriented, show your own initiative and work carefully as well as targeted. Your good communication skills are in demand in handling our customers, business partners and employees. You have a class B licence.
