This is what awaits you as a working student in the area of Gastronomy Management (m/w/d)

• Multifaceted project work & day-to-day business Support of the gastronomy management in projects, tenders, contract negotiations and special tasks in operational everyday life.
• Interface & Communication Management Coordination with internal departments and external service providers; independent communication with contacts and structured information sharing.
• Data, numbers & presentations Creation of presentations, calculations, decision templates and statistics as well as maintenance of an internal metric system.
• Quality & Process Management Control and control of foreign service providers incl. Quality management, hygiene and allergen management as well as optimization of internal processes.
• Creative & Operational Tasks Designing and visualizing the gastronomic offer (speed plans, intranets, displays) as well as supporting the cash and payment system and operating support on site.

This is what you bring with you as a working student in the area of Gastronomy Management (m/w/d)

• Bachelor or Master's degree of BWL, VWL, Law, Hotel or Tourism Management or a comparable degree course
• Friendly and sovereign appearance, fast conception, independent and self-responsible operation
• Knowledge of gastronomy and/or food & Beverage area of advantage
• Understanding complex figures and analytical thinking
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• Secure handling of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
