VIVAWEST is one of the leading housing providers in NRW and manages around 120,000 apartments in approx. 100 municipalities on the Rhine and Ruhr. We are looking for an employee Bauleitung (m/w/d) at the closest possible time for the field of inventory technology.

Technical assessment of the inventory to determine the scope of maintenance, modernisation and its implementation Conceptualisation and cost determination as the basis of further decisions Conception, implementation and settlement of construction measures of individual buildings to quarters, based on the performance phases of the HOAI Creating tender documents Creating, updating and monitoring construction schedules Continuous monitoring of the construction measure to ensure the qualitative and quantitative performance Coordination of the construction process and all the works involved in the construction Continuous dimensions as a basis for testing partial and final accounts Monitoring and coordination of technical management Regular review of the project budget (result-actual comparison) Coordination with authorities, engineering offices etc. Car rental during the construction phase

Completed (special) university studies as a civil engineer or architect or civil engineering technician and many years of professional experience Very good knowledge of the tendering, awarding, construction and billing of construction Very good knowledge of construction site coordination Very good professional knowledge of regularly involved trades Very good knowledge of VOB/B Knowledge in planning and construction law Good knowledge of commercial, housing processes Conflictability and Enforcement Cost and quality awareness Service awareness and customer orientation Communication and team skills
