From 7 September 2026 you can first be hired as a so-called direct starter with full employment. You will receive a vocational training in the first two years. Within the framework of the civil service regulations, after three years there is the possibility of beaming. In the case of childcare, care for dependent or severely handicapped persons, extended part-time may be agreed in the two-thirds model for the qualifying phase upon application.
