You set up service and holiday plans taking into account legal, tariff and operational requirements – and pay attention to a demand-oriented occupation You carry out quality and performance checks regularly and take care of the ordering and output of work and consumables With your friendly and solution-oriented appearance, you are the first contact person for internal and external customers – and professionally deal with feedback and complaints
