Our department is responsible for and accompanies internal consulting projects for the product management of Mercedes-Benz AG and its functions: strategic vehicle projects & innovations, supply strategy, cross-series vehicle components, powertrain, product information/CGI as well as market research & competitive analysis. We live the way an agile consulting agency works in the midst of an innovative large group. As a specialized in-house consulting, we realize ideas, impulses & innovations for vehicles and sales processes of the future. We work closely with our internal partners in other fields (e.g. vehicle development projects, design, development, quality management, communication and marketing) as well as worldwide sales organisations. In addition to strategic projects on topics related to digital transformation or offering strategy, we continuously initiate change management measures or organize large internal & international product events. The variety of different projects allows An extensive insight into various areas and processes. Your tasks: In your internship you will have the opportunity to support us with several of our projects – according to your specific suitability but of course your preferences too You support the project management and get the opportunity to fully and independently manage independent subprojects You support the application & development of agile methods within the projects You also have an eye for effective and impressive design concepts and bring your creative skills and high quality standards to innovative design with us

You can study in the field of Business Administration, Business Informatics, Communication Sciences, Media Design, Economic Engineering or a comparable degree course Your personal skills are: commitment, team capacity, willingness to work hybrids (from home or on our campus in Stuttgart-Vaihingen), high analytical and conceptual skills, strategic working, high willingness to use You have talent for designing presentations, are safe in handling MS-Office. Evtl. you already have experiences with other presentation tools You have certain knowledge of German and English in word and writing Advantage: You already have experience in project management or consulting, experience with agile working methods, are open to Blue Sky approaches and methods, possesses a pronounced affinity ggü.
