Your tasks:

• preparation and assembly of simple and difficult assemblies and Components prevalent in all programs
• Operation of CNC-controlled machines
• Assembly of difficult components with high dimensional accuracy and low tolerances
• Edit change instructions
• Processing of difficult components with machines
• Examination of all required materials Compensation with the specified lists and building documents, if necessary Error message/reclamation to supervisors
• Self-regulating the assembly steps
• Editing aluminium profiles such as bending and grinding
• Manufacturing of individual components and assemblies

Your profile:

• Complete vocational training as a metal builder/body builder, Toolmakers, manufacturing mechanics or a comparable Qualifications
• Over 4 years of experience in the field of aerospace
• Over three years of professional experience in manufacturing/production
• Experience in assembly and production of individual components and assemblies
• knowledge of the processing of aluminium profiles such as bending and grinding
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge in ERP system applications of manufacturing are desirable
• ready for shift work (2-shift)
