THE EXPENDITURE Competent preparation of the monthly pay bill for a defined ROLAND group staff from start to end Care and advice of employees and executives of the various companies in all matters relating to remuneration, benefits and occupational pensions Examination and implementation of all accounting matters taking into account legal and operational provisions Voting with authorities, social security institutions and financial offices Responsibility and implementation of certification and reporting Creation of regular evaluations and statistics Takeover of special tasks

THE MATERIALS Relevant professional experience in the area of payroll / pay billing Knowledge in the field of labour, tax and social security law and in the field of occupational pensions Good understanding of IT systems, in particular a billing software, preferably knowledge of P&I Loga Safe handling of MS Office programs, especially very good MS Excel knowledge Structured, careful and independent functioning as well as team skills and service orientation In short, you make people happy with money every month THE HIR FOR YOU Security: Those who want to look forward without care must be guaranteed for tomorrow.
