Early Childhood Educator / Social Educator - School Support Coordination (m/f/d)

In this role you contribute to the best possible support for children and young people in school life and our employees feel safe and valued in their work.

In the Tönning area and southern North Friesland, a versatile task awaits you at the next possible time with 30 hours per week (limited). Partial home office is possible after consultation.

And how can it continue? The NGD comprises over 450 locations – meet us and we look together to see if there is a further perspective at the same or at another location.

Your tasks

Coordination & cooperation: You carry out needs analyses as well as assessments of impacts on participation professionally, and by means of hospitations, you provide individual support requirements. You work with schools, the Nordfriesland County, as well as free institutions of youth assistance.

Personal responsibility: You accompany and support new pool forces in their training at schools and help them as a reliable contact person. In addition, you will guide service meetings and promote the professional development of the team through targeted impulses.

Administration & Organisation: You are responsible for the planning and coordination of the use of the pool forces. In addition, you organize targeted measures for the accompanying students and regularly take part in discussions with the schools.

Your profile

Qualifications: You have completed training as an educatorin (social pedagogue, medical educationin, etc.).

Ideal, but not a must:You have experience in child and youth assistance and bring knowledge in SGB VIII and SGB IX or are willing to acquire them.

Competence & Mobility: You are an organizational talent, performs safely and has sound knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel. In addition, you have a class B driver's license as well as your own car to be flexible in the field of use.
