What we plan together: The field of document input management Electronic invoice data exchange (BKDE) is responsible for the technical processes around the electronic invoice data input via EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) at REWE Group. We ensure that the incoming supplier invoices and complaint documents of our customers are processed reliably. We regularly communicate with suppliers, customers, service partners and internal departments. In addition to supporting the day-to-day operations, the reconnection of suppliers to the EDI process is also an important part of our work.

What you do with us: You are in the middle of it: you support the EDI process when reconnecting suppliers and ensure a smooth, electronic processing of the invoice data of our suppliers. You are competent contact person: You support the onboarding team in the processing of incoming supplier and service provider requests for electronic billing data exchange. Your support is in demand: from communication to fault testing to real-time switching of suppliers to the process of EDI INVOICE processing.
