Number: MER0003NR4 The social media landscape of the Mercedes-Benz Group is colorful and diverse. Every day we communicate with our international customers and followers via numerous channels such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn etc. But how do we actually set the right framework for all these activities? We regularly exchange with the social media managers and content teams of all divisions as well as the social media-based colleagues in many countries / markets around the globe. Our daily tasks include advising Do's and Dont's as part of various social media activities. We evaluate new platforms and trends, train and support our colleagues around the world so that they are safe on social media while staying fast and creative. Last but not least, we take care of the Influencer Clearing House in our team. Here we advise social media and marketing managers worldwide, in evaluating possible cooperations with influencers. This includes the support of the database for the documentation of international enquiries on planned activations with influencers, the advice of colleagues on technical and content enquiries on the database, ensuring the data quality and superordinate guidance on influencer cooperation. Be part of our social media governance team and support us in your six-month mandatory practice to set the right international guidelines for social media activities with us in the group. As an intern* in our team, you will be given the opportunity to answer your own small project over the duration of your internship. In the project distribution we like to address your wishes and interests. These challenges include: Support for the globally active social media governance team in the daily consultation of all social media and marketing managers, e.g. in the evaluation of enquiries on posts, assessment of assets (texts and images) to be played on the Mercedes-Benz channels Creating editorial posts for the monthly social media governance newsletter Support in the strategic and content development of the social media governance function including internationalisation Support and administration of the Social Media Activities Database (database for ensuring transparency across all the social media channels of the Mercedes-Benz Group) Together with us you work on the further development of our Influencer database Support in consulting our social media and marketing managers at international influencers Working in the design and organisation of internal and external webinars and workshops as well as in the preparation and preparation of management presentations The internship can start from September 2025.
