Description of posts

• First level support of location-specific logistic systems, components (mobile) and applications (including license management for mobile devices)
• Central contact and specialist contact for:
• SAP Key Users
• the global IT competence center
• local IT department and hardware
• external service providers in terms of second level support
• Project support with direct reference to location-specific, logistical applications. Specifically: Introduction of an SAP eWM system in the storage area
• Active and durable process optimization (including FIT/GAP analyses) for location-specific logistics applications in different logistics areas
• Error analysis and documentation for internal or external communication and processing
• Creation and specification of Service Level Agreements with external service providers
• Independent planning and implementation of training of employees in the field of logistics for selected, location-specific logistics applications
• Creation of training documents and documentation for respective applications/components
• Implementation and updating of risk analyses and the creation of resulting emergency plans and measures

Qualifications

• Complete studies in logistics, IT, natural sciences or comparable qualifications
• First professional experience in logistics or IT desirable
• Process experience in organization and warehouse management desirable
• SAP knowledge in the field of WM/MM desirable
• Secure handling of MS Office programs
• Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• Teamability, independent working and analytically structured understanding
