Sales support: You support our customer advisors in day-to-day business and are a reliable contact person for our private customers by phone and in person Editing: Customer Requests You Work Independently, Service-Orientated and As Fall-Finishing Date management: You agree proactively with potential customers and carefully coordinate them Preparation: Consultation talks You prepare organizational and content-structured and create a good basis for the further sales process Requirement recognition: You recognize consulting needs at an early stage with our private customers and forward relevant impulses in a targeted manner Cross-Selling: Sales opportunities and cross-selling approaches take you attentively and guide them to the right opponents.

You have a successfully completed training as a bank merchant (m/w/d) Ideally, you could already gain experience in private customer advice With your strong customer and sales orientation you communicate safely, friendly and convincing You work responsibly and accurately in detail and keep an overview and a cool head even in turbulent situations The telephone customer address prepares you for pleasure and is of course a service-oriented support for you.
