They support the recruitment, application management and the recruitment process of our trainees: both inside and working students (depreciation of jobs, participation in pre-employment talks, contract creation and much more) They help in recruiting and supporting staff They create contracts and contracts (e.g. works council reserves) They support the staff representatives in the daily work, from A to working time changes via M, such as Mobile Working to Z, such as certification They also work on special tasks You are contact persons:in external and internal questions

They have a degree programme with economic or social knowledge (e.g. business management, personnel, economics, economic law, psychology, sociology, etc.) and have already successfully completed their basic studies They are committed, self-employed and work quickly into new areas of activity.
