Job description You have experience in pay billing and do you know about international shipments? Then start at AXA as a payroll expert (w/m/d) in the field of global mobility – with flexible working models, exciting HR projects and development perspectives.

You ensure the quality of the monthly pay bill and release it You commit cross-border employee assignments, tax international shipments and ensure compliance with social insurance, labour and tax frameworks You develop the processes in the field of global mobility – with the goal of becoming even more digital and efficient You take annual change activities such as return determinations or minimum wage examinations You clarify complex billing questions, process wage and salary payments and are the first point of contact for special topics in the payroll sector You check and release cash deposits and operating events and evaluate them correctly from a pay tax perspective

You have well-founded experience in billing charges, ideally in the group environment You have up-to-date knowledge of pay tax and social security law You have experience in the handling of international shipments and cross-border employment relationships You are digitally affin and work safely with SAP HCM and MS Excel You are interested in process optimization and want to actively shape digitalization You communicate in German and English – in writing as oral
